This page shows which certificates, type tests, and production tests stand behind the valves, so you can match them to the code of your project. Numbers and dates are copied from the documents themselves.
The short answer
Luofu holds the ASME UV and National Board authorizations. Its management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. EAC documents name the LFO, LFB, LFXD, LFXY, and LFQH series.
The quotation states which codes and certificates apply to each tag. Ask for copies of the current certificates in your inquiry.

Certificate of compliance, ECM
Ente Certificazione Macchine (ECM), Italy, issued a certificate of compliance under its voluntary ECM mark. It refers to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, module H, and to ASME Section I and Section VIII.

China: production license and type tests
The TS license is the China special equipment production license for safety valves. Ask for the current copy in your inquiry. Issuer names in this section are given in English.
The type tests below were run by the National Pump and Valve Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, Hefei. Each certificate confirms that the tested design meets TSG ZF001-2006, the Chinese safety technical regulation for safety valves.

Production and testing cover:

- Degreasing, drying, and clean nitrogen tests
- Raw material checks by magnetic particle, spectrum, X-ray, chemical, tensile, and spring tension tests
Not every material or test comes from inside our own plant. With our partners and suppliers we run a supply and quality platform. Special materials, raw material checks, and tests outside the range of our own benches come from qualified suppliers and third-party laboratories.
Each order has an inspection and test plan (ITP). It lists the inspection items, the schedule, and the standard each test follows. The end user or a third-party inspector witnesses the acceptance tests according to the ITP.

How is seat tightness tested?
The spring-loaded and pilot-operated series are tested to API 527. The data sheet should state any stricter leakage requirement of the project.
Are Luofu valves EAC certified?
Yes, for the series named on the documents. Certificates and declarations under TR CU 032/2013 name the LFO, LFB, LFXY, LFXD, and LFQH series. EAC Ex certificates under TR CU 012/2011 cover safety valves and changeover valves for explosive atmospheres.
Is there a CE certificate for the PED?
The document on file is a certificate of compliance issued by ECM under its voluntary mark. It refers to the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, module H. State in the inquiry if your project requires CE marking.
