Production and testing
Production and testing cover CNC machining, 15 pressure test benches and a full-function test bench rated to 10 MPa. The plant also runs cryogenic tests down to -196 °C and clean nitrogen tests on degreased valves. Raw materials are checked by magnetic particle, spectrum, X-ray, chemical, tensile, and spring tension tests.
Not every material or test comes from inside our own plant. With our partners and suppliers we run a supply and quality platform. Special materials, raw material checks, and tests outside the range of our own benches come from qualified suppliers and third-party laboratories.
